The Message Behind The Tee

What Happens When We Worship?....that is a very important question many of us would like the answer to including me....it was taught to us how to but it was just limited to raising our hands and singing very slooow songs, which I don't really fancy, I mean the slooow songs part. I would rather upbeat songs with meaningful words where I feel like I'm actually enjoying God's Presence, but to each its own. But as I said before, our actions is our worship and how we worship determines who is leading us. Lets see what are the benefits of worship..

When we WORSHIP we are....

1. able to accept His FORGIVENESS, through worship our heart posture becomes right. (Romans 5:1 & 1John 1:9)

2. given GUIDANCE, when we honor God He will give us the wisdom, knowledge and understanding everyday that we need to accomplish His purpose and live a blessed life. (Psalm 25:4-12, Proverbs 1:7 & Proverbs 3:5-6)

3. PROVIDED for with our daily needs. I believe these are material things as well as spiritual. (Mathew 6:33, Psalm 23:1 Psalm 37:3-6)

4. LOVED, I believe God loves each and everyone of us, but He goes above and beyond for those who are TRUE worshipers. (Psalm 63:3, John 14:21-23 & Romans 5:5)

5. EMPOWERED, God gives power to those who give Him the glory He deserves. He enables them to do extra ordinary things to accomplish His purpose for their life...superman ain't got nothing on this one. (2Corinthians 12:7-10, Ephesians 3:14-21 & Philippians 4:13)

6. PROTECTED, only the ones who acknowledges God for who he is, is fully protected...so do you want full coverage or part coverage ....something to think about. When we are fully covered by God, no one and nothing can pluck us out of His strong arms. (Psalm 5:11-12, 1Peter 1:5)

7. GLORIFIED, yes God will one day share His glory with those who brought Him glory because of what we have done for Him and His kingdom and how high we held His Name.(2Peter 3:13, 1 John 3:2 & Revelation 19:1-10)

I hope these benefits will get you in the spirit of true worship to the Most High God.
