What's up y'all! It's another time to blog and talk about what matters, The Message Behind The Cross.Without the cross there will be no salvation and without salvation there is no hope in God, no eternal life in Him. We thank God for the cross but we celebrate His Kingship, His Rulership over the entire universe, the heavens and the earth. Coming to Christ a few years I knew I served the True and Living God and the only God but I did not realize He was King. I mean you hear it at Christmas, that a King is born but it did not really sink in that my God is actually The King King, it could be that we rule under a democracy government now so we missed it. Psalm 47:6-7 says"Sing praises to our King, sing praises! For God is the King of all the earth". This is why you find words such as Kingdom, throne and dominion in the Bible, verses such as Matthew 6:33 says 'Seek first His Kingdom and His Righteousness and all things will be a added". Just by viewing God from a whole new perspective of Kingship, I have learned to honor and fear Him more. Approaching Him just like a citizen of England would to Queen Elizabeth, the utmost respect. There are so many elements and lessons to be learn about Kings and their rulership and as Christians and Kingdom Ambassadors this is one of the areas we should study so we can know our King and how He functions. The Bible is written from a Kingdom perspective so it must be read from a Kingdom mindset. So If my God and Father is The King what does that makes me?
