The Message Behind The tee

What's going on my Kingdom family? It is been a challenging week for me but He already told us 'in this world you will have troubles, but take heart I have overcome' (John 16:33). So its encouraging to know that I was pre-warned but in spite of everything God will always be good at what He does. We are approaching the end of October already, yes the year is almost over but I know some of us are still holding on to some promises God has promised us for 2022. Don't worry God has never failed in delivering what He has promised. He is that faithful. There is a question I would like your spiritual truth (emphasis added) on, not your opinion. What is the church's position when it comes to halloween, should it be celebrated or acknowledged? Me, I like to go to God's truth and the history of a thing (the root of it).We will do history first, just to get the background of this widely celebrated holiday.

1. Celebrators believed that on October 31 the portal between the realm of the living and the dead opened allowing lost souls to return to human-occupied earth (Oh no).

2. This interaction between the dead and the living is so that they could communicate with the dead to facilitate happier warmer winters. This involved bonfires at which the attendees wore costumes(you heard right) and participated in sacrifices of crops and animals (I wonder to WHO).

3. Trick & Treat originates from people leaving food for unwelcome spirits (yes demons)as they are dressed as ghost and demons as well (creepy).

And there are many many more history on this global celebration. Now let's see what our Manual(BIBLE) says about such things.

1. 2 Corinthians 6:14 says 'What does light have to do with darkness'.

2. 1 Corinthians 10:21 'You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons, you cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons'.

3. Ephesians 5:11 'Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness but instead expose them'.

Other scriptures are Isaiah 8:19-20, 3 John 1:11 & Galatians 5:19-21, take some time to read. My final point is no matter how innocent October 31 celebration looks, Satan hides it in book character, costumes such as princesses and angels, candies & treats... remember he comes as an angel of light. Christians and Believers or should I say a true Child of God should have absolutely nothing to do with this holiday. Satan is a copier of Jesus, God has His day of celebration such as Passover, Feast of Tabernacles, Christmas (not santa clause) and Easter (not easter bunnies & eggs) so I guess he wants his day too and his is halloween, but he is a liar and we should have no part in what he is offering....BUT and I say BUT, to each his own. Be Wise like an owl... Choose wisely the right choice.
