My dear readers, Happy New Year...2023 WHOOP WHOOP...Wow God is GOOD and He is also Faithful. I remember as a kid watching movies in the 90's in Jamaica, the futuristic ones where they take place in the 20's...it used to sound funny and look unusual, maybe I taught Jesus would have returned before then but His timing is totally different from ours...He says"....with the Lord a day is like a thousand years and a thousand years are like a day" 2 Peter 3:8. Imagine that... so if the earth...let's say is 3,000 years in the making, since creation (I don't know I'm no scientist), then in God's eyes it's only 3 days since mankind has existed. So 'coming soon' is it in His time or ours? We do not know but one thing is for sure ....LETS BE PREPARE TO MEET HIM. There are two ways to do that, prepare to meet Him to receive good rewards or prepare to meet Him with judgement, either way you will meet Him. The way you live your life now on earth determines the outcome of where you spend eternity. This was not the way I was planning to take this blog but hey..the Holy Spirit got this pen. The best way to start this new year is to start it right with Him. No matter what you did last year or the years before, the best resolution for 2023 is a year starting off with God...I ain't promising you its going to be easy (trust me it's not), but I can promise you its the best decision you will ever make for 2023.
