Welcome To The Message Behind The Tee

Many times we are called to trust God. Trust Him in our difficulties and circumstances. When it seems as though all is lost and you can't go on. What do we do? We remain trusting in Him and Him only. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, 'Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path'.  As humans, trusting in an invisible Source is hard to do, to trust someone when you don't understand how it will turn out. Its hard to trust someone when you don't know when it will happen. But remember God sees the bigger picture when we can't. He holds the future when we don't know what tomorrow looks like. He is in control of everything. When we can't solve our own problems, He has the answer for it. So you see God is the best to whom we put our trust in. We must study and know the God we serve. Knowing God's character and what He is like will help us trust Him more. Many times we lose our trust in Him because we stop seeking, we stop asking and we stop knocking. When situation and circumstances seems overwhelming and at the breaking point that is when we should call unto Him who is able to deliver us out of all our troubles. Why do we fail to trust God sometimes? One, because we tend to apply human thinking to our circumstances, it contradicts how God do things. He said in Isaiah 55:8-9, 'His ways and thoughts are higher than our ways and thoughts. Do not put God in a box, He has many ways to solve our tiny problems that seems big to us. He knows how to strategize and orchestrate for things to work out in your favor. Two, we fail to see God at work in our circumstances because we do not understand what He is doing and why He does it. We must see the tiny miracles on a daily basis and thank Him for those. When we fail to see them we begin to doubt that He is actually working. Thirdly, we want the breakthrough on our terms. Waiting is a part of the trusting process. But how do we wait? We must wait patiently. Patience is beyond when we think He will do it but you continue to trust Him that He did. To build your trust in God require tiny steps of faith walk. To trust God is to put your weight fully on Him, all of it. Telling Him you know He got this and it is already done. How can we begin to trust God more? One, Learn His character, who He is. God says He is faithful, 1 Thessalonians 5:24 says the One who calls you is faithful and He will do it. God never changes, He is the same yesterday , today and forever, Hebrews 13:8. This simply means it does not matter who or what  He remains the same in all your circumstances. God never fails, whatever He says He will do He will do it. Joshua 21:45 reminded us, He kept all His promises to Israel, God does not lie, Hebrews 6:18. Two, remember pass experiences you have been through with Him. God has come through for us in so many ways, so many times even when we did not ask. These are the times when we look back and see all the things He had done. Third, praise and worship Him in all circumstances, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 says, "rejoice always, pray without ceasing and give thanks in all circumstances. When we live by that principle we are telling God we trust Him and we are not worry about the matter. We are getting Him involved in the difficult situation and circumstances. But we have to stay still long enough for Him to fight our battles. God cannot fight for us if we are engaging in the fight. God tells us to dress for battle, putting on your armor and when you have done that then you stand. He reminds us to be still and know that He is God, Psalms 46:10. God does not need our help. He created an entire universe all by Himself so our problems are nothing to Him. Keep believing and keep trusting even to the end and at the end you will experience the God of the old and new testament. Our Father, our Savior and our friend we come to you because we are burden with problems beyond our control. We understand we can do nothing on our own but only through your strength.
